You don't need to have programming skills or knowledge in order to make/build a game. There are dozens of methods and game maker programs out there just begging to do that for you. Check out the software-game makers section. 2) Because it is NECESSARY. Most of the licensed or doujin bl games (BL stands for boyXboy, but i guess you already knew that, or else you wouldn't be here O_O) are in Japanese or Chinese. Considering that this specific kind of games are "choose your own adventure" type (you have to choose your answers to obtain an ending) and, most of us common mortals don't understand the simplest kanji..well, I guess I made my point. 3) Because licensed (and even doujin) bl games are hard to obtain. I won't start whining here about the shipping and cost problems standing between the majority of the bl games lovers and the objects of their desire ^_^ 4) Because you may have drawing and/or CG-ing skills and you want to share your art to others, or simply put it to better use. 5) Because you may have already finished building such a game (BL, even girlXboy or girlXgirl) and you want to "introduce" it to the world (XD) and, hopefully, help other members with their projects. 6) Because you may have already started building a game and you need guidance, or simply want to talk about your project. 7) Because you may have an ideea for a good plot or character.
